Consistory

Teaching Elder

Jeremy Mack is the founding pastor of Solomon’s Porch Christian Church and serves as the teaching pastor, leading the Consistory. In his early twenties, after a tumultuous teenage life marked by drugs, alcohol, and trouble, Jeremy was radically transformed by Christ. But God, who is rich in mercy…

Jeremy and his wife, Michelle, have been married for nearly thirty years. Both are Nashville natives and have five children together. It would be unfair to say Michelle is only his right hand—she is his left hand as well. They homeschooled their children and were active in the homeschool community for many years. Four of their children have graduated high school.

Jeremy is an autodidact, avid reader, occasional writer, and cultural commentator. He has served on staff as a teaching pastor at Lighthouse Christian Fellowship, the board of Ekisa Ministries and as Rescue 1 Global’s Director of Prevention and led local Anti-Human Trafficking outreaches.

Jeremy’s other interests include enterprise and Christian business. Michelle and Jeremy together are also the owners of Bantam Farm, a local micro bakery. They can be found every weekend in local farmer’s markets making friends and sharing the Gospel.

Jeremy Willis serves as a ruling elder and has been part of SPCC since 2019. He has served as an elder since 2025. Jeremy grew up in the Nashville area in a Christian home and is grateful for God’s saving grace in Christ and His ongoing work of sanctification in his life.

Jeremy is married to his wife, Rebecca, and they have four children ranging in age from 11 to 20. He works as a senior finance manager for a large healthcare organization in Nashville, where he has served for 18 years. He is humbled to serve the Lord by helping shepherd the body at SPCC and making disciples of Jesus Christ.

Deacon

Basil Coffey serves as deacon and has been a part of SPCC since late 2020, serving as a deacon since 2024. Basil grew up in Henderson, KY moving to the Nashville area in 1998. He was converted to Christ in late 2008 coming from a family with no other Christians outside of his paternal grandparents who prayed fervently for his salvation.

Basil is married to his wife Emily and has 5 children and one grandchild (so far). Since 2014 Basil has worked as a special project lead and maintenance technician trainer for a construction and real estate management company in Lebanon. Having come to know the Lord and His grace for sinners, Basil serves with the intent to see others drawn to the Lord Jesus that they too might know the joy of unity between Christ and His Church.
